Long Island is a beautiful, unspoiled island with friendly residents and practically no crime, yet it’s easily accessed by a forty minute flight from the capital, Nassau. And most major international carriers fly into Nassau.

Each Love Beach bungalow has approx. 3,300 sq. ft. interior + about 1,800 sq. ft. porch/terraces. Reception/laundry room building has a foot print of about 800 sq. ft. on the upper level, plus the same on the lower level. Osmosis building covers about 300 sq. ft. on one level only. Open pool-cabana “bar”/patio, under its roof, covers about 1,000 sq. ft., and the pool technical/pump-etc. room (under ground) has about 200 sq. ft.

Situated against an Atlantic-facing hillside, high above a beautiful and outer-rock-protected ocean-beach-lagoon (connecting with five more beaches, running south over some 2.5 miles). The present bungalow/pool site occupies approximately 20% of the above listed acreage.

Complete construction drawings (including Civil Engineering) exist for a total of eighteen of the bungalows, plus a resort hotel-like staff/stocks/etc. operational “facility-plant”. All plans have been accepted by the Bahamian Government “in principle”, to be allowed the privileges of the Hotel Encouragement Act – provided that these or similar development intentions would be actually realized, and furthermore provided, that the subsequent operation of these facilities would equal those of a hotel-club-like, publicly-commercial, business.

These plans can be easily modified to allow a different development realization, be it for commercial or for private motives.

Legal Fees: Each Buyer and Vendor to pay their own (or one-half, if one attorney selected to represent both).

Stamp Taxes: Up to 7 % = the Buyer’s. Any percentage applicable above: The Vendor’s.

The Bungalows

Just a short ride away: The Stella Maris Resort Club and its Marina. Providing great accommodations, good food, “Out-Island-Style” entertainment and complete sun & sea activities. Also a Tennis Club is approximately half a mile from the bungalows. And the nearby Stella Maris (International) Airport is the area's gateway for all private, charter, commuter, airline and executive air traffic.

• There is no public traffic of any kind on this site, except for the occupants of up to three bungalows.
