Erskine Knowles - Broker
Erskine, a licensed real estate broker, was born and brought up in Long Island, Bahamas. He studied in the U.K., owning and operating a business there for several years. He was also a company accountant and property manager before entering the real estate field. In his spare time, he plays guitar and sings anything from calypso to rock.

Fay Knowles - Coordinator
Erskine’s wife Fay is our real estate coordinator. She’s also a writer. Born and brought up in the U.K., she trained as a secretary and newspaper reporter, and then set out to see the world! Landing in the Bahamas a few months’ later, she met Erskine and the rest is history!

Gavin Knowles - Marketing
Gavin is a Licensed Realtor and Internet Marketer. He was born in Nassau and brought up in Nassau and Freeport, Grand Bahama, going to school in the U.K. in his teens. Gavin is also a guitarist, vocalist and song writer, playing rock and contemporary in his spare time.

Rory Knowles - IT Technician
Rory is Knowles Realty’s IT guy. He was born and brought up in Freeport, Grand Bahama, going to school in the U.K. in his teens. Rory is also a software developer.
